We
only breed one or two litters per year and keep just a small
number of dogs
so that we can give them all the attention and affection that
they rightly deserve.
All our puppies are reared in our home
and receive plenty of human contact and love
during this time
to ensure that they grow up into well adjusted and sociable
beings!
Puppies are occasionally available to permanent, caring homes
(references usually required).
Our puppies are very precious to us and we therefore sign a
contract with any new
puppy owners. As members of the English Shetland Sheepdog
Club, we
have agreed to abide by their code of ethics
http://essc.org.uk/pdf/code.pdf
We like to
meet all prospective
new owners well before a puppy finally leaves us for their new
home
and we always look forward to receiving regular progress reports
and photos.
All
puppies are eye tested, microchipped and have their 1st
vaccinations before they leave us.
Please
e-mail us for
further information.

November
2005
After waiting for what seemed to have been an eternity, we were
so excited when
this precious star arrived on 16 November 2005! The
continuation of our sable line,
Ella is a daughter out of our sable and white girl 'Deva'
(Castlerose the Countess)
by our own tricolour boy 'Buster' (Castlerose Soul Music).

Bless My Soul
Castlerose Soul Music ex Castlerose The Countess

1 April 2006
'Ella' is now 4 and a half months old and is growing into a
lovely young lady,
who is exceedingly mischievous but has a lovely nature. As
her father's
KC name is 'Castlerose Soul Music', we named her after the
wonderful Ella Fitzgerald
(we sometimes call her Ella Fitz-Edwards!). Her voice is
possibly as powerful ~
but not quite so melodious, especially first thing in the
morning!
